A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 25 working days, automatically and without you needing to follow up. Because your time and trust deserve nothing less.

 Damaged Item Received
Should your parcel arrive damaged and you’d prefer not to exchange it, we completely understand. Upon your request, we will issue a full refund within 25 working days—no questions, no stress.

Important: For transparency and faster processing, we kindly ask that you record a short video while unboxing your parcel. This helps us ensure clarity and speed up resolutions.

Claims and Timeline
To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that any damage or issue be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to serve you better and resolve concerns swiftly.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
If a refund is required for any reason, please note the following: If a bank discount was applied at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued after deducting the applicable bank discount amount from the original price of the item.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
